Youth Service Auction

Join us Saturday, March 10 at the Westwood Building from 6:30-9 pm for the annual Youth Service Auction.

There are binders being circulated through Relief Society, Elder's Quorum, High Priest Quorum, and Primary asking for donations for the auction. Please sign up in those binders or online: http://tinyurl.com/youthserviceauction and drop off your donations at the Westwood Building or Stake Center on March 9 or 10. If you need to mail your donations contact Julia below.

Please donate items/services and come on the night of the service auction to raise money for the youth for Camp and the Pioneer Trek. If you have any questions regarding this please don't hesitate to contact Julia Evans, 801-673-9246, jules234@gmail.com.

The Purpose of Church Activities:

The purpose of Church activities is to bring members closer to Christ through worthwhile events that unite them as “fellowcitizens [in] the household of God” (Ephesians 2:19). Activities can:

Fortify and support the family.
Strengthen testimonies and foster personal growth.
Provide opportunities to apply gospel principles.
Create unity and a sense of belonging.

In addition, Church activities can provide opportunities to reach out to less-active members, recent converts, and those of other faiths. Activities can also help participants develop talents, gain new skills, and give service to others.
